FAQs
My child is in 3rd/4th grade and really likes math. Can he or she attend?
This event is only for students in grades 5-8. If your child is a BCS K-5 student, he or she should check out our family math nights--our Spring Family Math night is happening March 6.
My child has soccer/Chinese school/basketball, etc. Can she or he leave early?
While the entire event is from 9:30-12:00, students may arrive late or leave early. We do encourage your child to stay at least an hour so that he or she has time to really dive into the math.
Is breakfast/lunch served?
While there will be some light snacks, breakfast and lunch will not be served. Thinking deeply is hard work and so your child might want to bring a snack or drink to help him or her focus.
